Building management (syndic)
Then you are a co-owner, and the management of the common areas falls to a building manager (syndic). Your Wapi-SyndiK adviser has all the knowledge and experience needed to take on this role.
The co-ownership syndic is responsible for representing the co-owners and administering the common areas of a co-owned property. Appointing a syndic is a very important decision, which rests with the general meeting of co-owners.
Our mission is to manage the decision-making, administrative, technical and financial processes, as well as, where applicable, the staff employed by the association of co-owners. This is done in compliance with the articles of association, the internal rules, the legal provisions on co-ownership, the rules of professional conduct and custom.
Managing the decision-making process means organising and convening general meetings, holding them, drawing up and circulating the minutes, carrying out the meeting's decisions, and taking protective measures and acts of provisional administration.
